The Prasada vision brings more than much needed shopping, dining and entertainment to residents in the
area — it also brings the opportunity to work closer to home. With more than 1200 acres dedicated to an employment core, more than 20,000 full-time positions in retail, medical and other employment will be open for hire.

Approximately 400 acres located just south of Greenway Road between Cotton Lane and Sarival Avenue, on both sides of the Loop 303, will transform over the next several years into a hospital/medical campus and an office/employment campus.

Hospital/Medical Campus — West side of Loop 303
In order to address the growing healthcare needs in the North West valley, more than 100 acres are being planned to accommodate a full-service acute care general hospital and adjoining medical campus with urgent care, outpatient services, and physician offices. The specialized and general medical care facilities will serve the local as well as regional community.

Office/Employment Campus — East side of Loop 303
Prasada has the opportunity to bring additional non-retail positions with the development of a concentrated office campus. This portion of the project will be development as market demands and will continue to add to Surprise's economic vitality.
